Pickup Only: All orders placed through this website are available for local pickup only. We do not currently offer shipping from this site. If you need an item shipped, please contact us directly to discuss options.

1. Processing Times

At North Georgia Awards, we take pride in creating custom, personalized products made specifically for you. Because each order is uniquely crafted, processing times vary based on the complexity of your project and our current production schedule.

1.1 Standard Processing

  • Simple Engraving Projects: Typically 3–7 business days
  • Custom Awards & Trophies: Typically 5–10 business days
  • Bulk Orders (25+ items): Typically 7–14 business days
  • Complex Custom Work: Timeline provided upon order approval

1.2 Rush Orders

  • Rush processing is available for an additional fee, subject to current capacity
  • Rush orders may be completed in 1–3 business days depending on complexity
  • Contact us at (470) 253-1050 or info@ngawards.com to inquire about rush availability
  • Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins

1.3 Important Notes

  • Processing time begins after artwork/design approval and payment confirmation
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays
  • Estimated completion dates are our best projection and are not guaranteed
  • We will notify you if any unexpected delays occur

2. Order Pickup

2.1 Pickup Location

Orders are available for pickup at our workshop in Cumming, Georgia. The exact address and any special instructions will be provided in your order confirmation and ready-for-pickup notification.

2.2 Pickup Notification

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup
  • Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received this notification
  • If you have not received a notification within the estimated timeframe, please contact us

2.3 Pickup Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: By Appointment
  • Sunday: Closed

If these hours don't work for your schedule, contact us to arrange an alternative pickup time.

2.4 What to Bring

  • Your order confirmation email or order number
  • A valid photo ID may be required for verification
  • If someone else is picking up on your behalf, please notify us in advance

3. Pickup Deadlines

  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days of the ready notification
  • After 14 days, we will attempt to contact you to arrange pickup
  • Orders not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned
  • No refund will be issued for abandoned orders, as custom products cannot be resold
Tip: If you know you'll need extra time before picking up, just let us know — we're happy to hold your order longer when we know it's coming.

4. Inspect Your Order at Pickup

We encourage you to inspect your order at the time of pickup. While we carefully quality-check every item before it leaves our workshop, catching any issues on-site allows us to resolve them immediately.

  • Verify all engraving text, names, dates, and spelling
  • Check for any physical damage or defects
  • Confirm the correct quantity and product type
  • Issues identified at pickup can often be corrected same-day

5. Need It Shipped Instead?

While this website operates as pickup-only, we understand that some customers may need items shipped. If you require shipping, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

6. Bulk & Corporate Orders

  • Bulk orders (25+ items) follow the same pickup policy
  • For large orders, we may be able to arrange local delivery within the Cumming, GA area
  • Contact us at (470) 253-1050 to discuss delivery options for bulk orders
  • We recommend ordering a sample before placing large orders
  • Production proofs may be provided for bulk orders upon request

7. Packaging

  • All products are carefully packaged to ensure they remain in perfect condition
  • Awards, trophies, and delicate items receive extra protective packaging
  • If you have specific packaging requirements for corporate gifts or events, let us know in your order notes
